About this game
What this game is, in the developer's words
Equipped with only a flashlight initially, within this first person horror game, The Whisper Shift has you play as Val Hesflame. A reporter investigating strange murders at a police station, and uncover details related to the mysterious deaths through notes scattered inside of the building.
The Whisper Shift is a first person horror game set during night time at a police station undergoing a murder investigation.
You play as a reporter known as Val Hestflame, notorious for investigating the most strange events around the globe. Your sources land you a scoop about a number of murders that have occurred at a police station shortly after a meteor crash in the nearby area.
Investigate and explore the police station. During exploration you will come across crime scenes and notes providing details from law enforcement and eye witness claims
Collect keys scattered around to unlock doors. Some doors will contain a written document providing details surrounding the case.
Notes are placed around the station. While these are optional to read, they do in fact provide world building details. Specifically around the crime scenes but also shed light into the games world.
Arm yourself against the threat . There is an individual responsible for the murders. It’s your job to find out who it is. Best to be careful though, they may already know you have arrived on the scene.
P.S. You should look down. You have a full body model and not just invisible air. Just don't stare too long.... ;)
