Wars Across The World: Bouvines 1214

Bouvines 1214 is based on the Anglo-French War of 1213-1214 between crown of France against a coalition of England, Flanders and Holy Roman Empire. The French must consolidate their gains and punish the rebel Count of Flanders. The Coalition needs to spread out French forces, defeat them and stop the rise of France.



Bouvines 1214 lasts 15 turns each representing abouth 1 month, between July 1213 and September 1214. It opposes the French crown against a Coalition of enemies.

  The French have somewhat better starting position and are better prepared for offensive.
  
• The English and Flanders need to work on their defences first and then strike when Otto IV joins the Coalition later in 1214.

The game's event cards allow full replay ability thanks to the numerous various situations that they create on the diplomatic, military, political or economical fields.
