4th of July: Operation Revolutionary

In honor of America’s 250th Birthday, we have a very special Plastic Battleground update\! This update is about history. Muskets, Cannon’s, Revolutionary war soldiers. The fight for equality is echoed throughout PBG Lore. Remember that no matter what color you side with, at the end of the day we are all one people. History has shown us that we must always stand up to tyranny and reject those that seek to divide us. No matter what country you call your home, representative democracy and the unalienable rights of Life Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness has become the greatest lasting legacy of the events that occurred 250 years ago\!

### New content

- **Muskets** (SP & MP)
- Reloadable and non reloadable muskets
- To reload the musket, put the musket ball into the front of the barrel, cocking back the flintlock and fire.
- Tip: It’s best to hold the musket ball with your hand that would otherwise be on your trigger. Keep your other hand on the barrel of the gun.
- **Field Cannon** (Single Player)
- This cannon type was used in the revolutionary war.
- Player operated cannon
- NPC operated cannon
- **Revolutionary War Soldier** (Single Player)
- Musket wielding soldier. Fires slower, less accurate but stronger rounds
- **M1A1 Abrams Tank** (SP & MP)
- The Abrams is the newest and most powerful Tank in PBG
- Player operated Tank
- NPC operated Tank
- **3 Barbed Wire Fence Props** (SP & MP)
- Barb wire does damage to players
- Three variants: Normal Fence, Broken Fence, Smashed Fence.

### Improvements & Bug fixes

- **Ragdoll physics**
- Settings:
- Players can choose to either permanently enable or disable ragdoll on dead soldiers. When Disabled, Only a death animation plays on death
- Players can also choose to dynamically disable ragdoll physics when Framerates drops below 5 FPS
- Ragdoll settings have been overhauled to be more efficient even when enabled
- Fixed non physics death animations always playing even at higher frame rates.
- **Quadcopter Player Drone**
- New and improved graphics on the player Drone.
- Parachute Sound FX added when deploying your parachute

**Optimizations**

- B17 Bomber mesh updated to be more performant.
- Optimization pass on levels.
- Multiplayer doesn’t load all props at once but rather loads them as you see them to make it easier to load into maps

**Bug fixes**

- Bazooka Fixes
- Fixed rockets sometimes would stop mid-air and not explode.,
- Fixed bazooka not firing rockets if tracers were off.

### Future Updates:

There are huge things happening in the world of Plastic Battlegrounds\! If you're not excited, you should be\! Flyable Vehicles, New Levels, New game modes, New Cosmetic store, Laser bazooka soldiers, New Tanks, New NCP’s, New Weapons and Props just to name a few.

Lastly, we are starting work on a new(ish) game\! OG fans will know what we are talking about.
