Physics

  • Several improvements to rigid joints replication and overall stability.

  • Fixed incorrect computed grid mass tensor when microchips are placed on it.

  • Fixed crash when disconnecting chain of rigid joints.

  • Fixed dynamic grids non-interactible with tools until moved on the client side.

Building

  • Can no longer build on other people's microchips without trust.

  • Fixed crash when creating a very large round brick.

Logic Gates

  • Projectile spawner scale is now capped to 5x.

  • The user join/leave event gates now output the user id.

  • Dampen gate now snaps the output to the target value when it stops.

  • Fixed configuration of some gates not not being copied/saved.

  • Fixed wires connecting to a hidden brick inside a collapsed microchip not hidden without tools equipped.

Applicator

  • Now shows something other than "None" for valid object values on logic gates.

  • Fixed value limits not being applied for edits through the new details panel interface.

Resizer

  • When moving multiple bricks together, the operation will abort if any of them can't place.

Game Modes

  • Builder mode players now have the correct name color.

  • Time limit "Highest Score Wins" setting is now "Highest Stat Wins" with custom stat.

  • Fixed limited lives being subtracted on spawn rather than on death.

  • Fixed infection rule not working properly.

Weapons

  • Capped max weapon speed to 5x without the bypass permission.

  • Fixed projectiles being tinted white due to missing srgb conversion.

  • Fixed an infinite hang when game mode clears projectiles after a round end.

  • Fixed rare client crash due to items transferring between characters when a player respawns.

  • Fixed several crashes related to items being wielded.

Sounds

  • Fixed background music able to play multiple times in some cases.

UI

  • Added a setting to configure the min latency where the BAD PING indicator shows.

  • Fixed gamepad focus handling on a few widgets.

  • Fixed corrupted thumbnails due to particle trail vfx not being removed from scene after capture.

  • Fixed infinite hang in thumbnail cache flush.

Worlds

  • Fixed owner table corruption when the set selection owner command was used.

Engine

  • No longer tries to initialize advanced Nvidia extensions when running under Proton.

  • Added a helpful message when either Proton or the graphics driver is outdated.

  • Fixed hosting a server not correctly using EOS networking due to config issue.

  • Fixed memory corruption due to running shell ejection particle effects on wrong thread.

  • Test builds now output full formatted assertion messages with additional information.

  • Will no longer load any custom content archives by default as users keep forgetting they installed them.

  • Can use [c]-AllowCustomArchivesAndDisableCrashReporterForVersion=CLXXXXX[/c] to bypass the restriction manually on each update.

Servers

  • Fixed [c]br.Prefab.Load[/c] command crashing the server if the prefab cannot spawn.

  • Fixed rapid prefab spawns not working due to incorrect archive closure.
