THE LAKE LADY is a story-driven realistic horror interactive game.

The river took everything from him. To find his daughter who went missing in the flood, Salvio returns to his hometown as a doctor and infiltrates Hongqiang Hospital for investigation. A childhood friend who hesitates to speak, paranoid colleagues, the sinister threads of the ghost, continuously disappearing children, the off-limits 'Ward No. 9'—what those around him desperately hide gradually unravels the hospital’s true secrets.dy, forcing the horrifying truth behind a catastrophic flood five years prior to surface.

Interact with over ten distinct characters, each harboring their own secrets and motives – from a lost young girl and an obsessed mother, to a childhood friend with hidden depths, and powerful figures with ambiguous agendas. Every character is a vital piece of the puzzle. Understand them, question them... or even become them.

• Extensive choices and diverging paths interweave, preventing players from grasping the entire story at once.

• In certain branches, you may miss information from others, leading to reversals in relationships and plot twists. Make choices truest to your heart—persuade characters, obtain key items, deduce the truth, and escape perilous situations.

• Diverse interactions aid in expressing and understanding the story. Includes a realistic surgery simulator, talisman exorcism based on the Five Elements theory, and side-scrolling exploration/escape—moderate difficulty, easy to learn, fully immersive.
